We don't host
our own testimonials.
Every "5-star review carousel" on a Kenyan tour site is unverifiable — curated quotes with first names and stock photos. We're launching our first departures in 2026 with nothing to hide: be among our first guests — reviews coming soon. When guests write about us, you'll read their words on platforms we can't edit.

Three platforms
we can't tamper with.
We won't publish star ratings on this site until they're backed by real reviews on independent platforms. Follow the links below — and watch them fill in after our first guests return home.

Three days after you return home
A short, personal WhatsApp from Mercy or Henry — not a templated blast. We ask how the trip was, what went well, and what we could improve.
- ii.
If you'd recommend us
We send one link — Google or TripAdvisor, your choice. We never ghost-write, edit, or incentivise five-star reviews. Honest feedback only.

Critical reviews get a signed reply
Every review of three stars or below gets a public response from us — what we did well, what we missed, and what we changed because of it.
The paperwork side
of trust.
- KATO licence
- KATO · KE/4421 — issued by the Kenya Association of Tour Operators. Verifiable on katokenya.org. KATO members carry mandatory professional indemnity and bonded-deposit protection on client funds.
- Tourism Regulatory Authority
- Class A licence holder. Registration number available on request.
- Driver-guides
- All our driver-guides are KPSGA Bronze level minimum — the Kenya Professional Safari Guides Association assessment is the industry-standard credential. Several of our guides are Silver level.
- Insurance
- We carry $2M passenger liability and require all guests to hold travel insurance covering medical evacuation. We recommend SafetyWing or World Nomads.
- Deposits & payment protection
- Deposits are held in a KATO-bonded escrow account until you fly. If we ever ceased trading between deposit and trip, your money is recoverable. Final balance is paid 30 days before departure.
